1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MFD VPN you agree to these Terms of Use. If you disagree, please uninstall the application.

2. Permitted Use

MFD VPN is provided for lawful privacy protection purposes. You may use it for:

Encrypting your internet connection on public Wi-Fi
Protecting your browsing privacy
Accessing geo-restricted content you are legally entitled to

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use MFD VPN to:

Engage in illegal activities under any applicable jurisdiction
Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or perform unauthorized network attacks
Violate intellectual property rights
Circumvent sanctions or export controls

4. Service Limitations

The free tier provides 10 GB of monthly data across 3 server locations. Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MFD VPN is provided "as is." We make no warranties of uninterrupted service, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete anonymity for high-sensitivity activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFD VPN's total liability is limited to fees paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
